Care Worker in Deal / Sandwich / Dover (both Week and Weekend hours available)

WeKare is looking for a Personal Assistant Carer to join our team and work in the Deal/Sandwich/Dover area specifically for the weekend. If you have a DBS on the update service and very recent training, it could be an immediate start. We work differently from other care agencies; we are client-focused and mainly deal with sit-in and companionship calls, however, we have personal care calls for the weekend. There will be some elements of food preparation, and some personal care required, but on the whole, our clients want company and companionship by someone that loves a natter and can make their day a little brighter. We are looking for people that really focus on person-centred care—people that understand that the call is to support someone to live their best life at home. We have several calls to cover in the Deal/Sandwich area over the weekends. Some of the calls are 1-hour durations, while others are 3 and 4 hours respectively. Due to the locations of our clients, driving is a must. The right candidate will have experience in Adult Social Care, specifically understanding working with dementia. Training will be supplied, though. Training and DBS's will be supplied. Candidates must live in the UK as we DO NOT offer sponsorship. Job Types:
