Job Overview

Perform basic personal care tasks as outlined in the service user’s care plan. Provide personal care in a sensitive and culturally appropriate manner for all service users, which may include assisting service users to go to bed, total body washing, assisting with toileting, dressing, and feeding. Alert the Care Coordinator or Field Supervisor of any changes in the service user’s condition or circumstances. Create and maintain good communication with service users, including those who may have some degree of communication difficulties. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should: Cope with pressure and change effectively. Possess excellent communication skills and a caring nature. Be patient, good-tempered, professional, polite, and attentive.
