£11.44 - £12.50 per hour + Travel Time + Mileage FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE AND A CAR WITH BUSINESS INSURANCE IS REQUIRED. Comfort Care Services are a leading healthcare provider, offering essential care to the elderly and vulnerable adults across the London Borough of Hillingdon, including support for individuals with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities. As a Care Worker, you will be classed as a "Key Worker," allowing you to provide a rewarding service to your community during these difficult times. You will support our service users to enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life, participate within the community, and develop their abilities to improve their daily living skills. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Implementing and carrying out individual service user support plans Assisting with personal care to both male and female service users Safeguarding the rights and dignity of the service users Supporting service users to build their confidence, self-esteem, and ability to manage their symptoms Supporting service users with taking their medication Assisting with daily living skills and domestic chores Accurately keeping daily records If you have a caring, empathetic, and compassionate nature, a strong belief in teamwork, a keen work ethic, and are ready to explore a career in care, then we want to hear from you.
