Long-Term Condition Specialists.
Our shifts vary between 7am and 10.00pm. Calls are between 30 minutes and up to 8-hour single shifts. If you need to stay extra, we pay you extra. No rushing between calls, all travel time and mileage paid extra.

Cooking and serving nutritious meals. Helping prepare and administer medication. Light housework. Promoting customer health and well-being and enabling them to live their life to the full. We spend our days in people’s homes or out on social visits, with a variety of our clients who are aged 18 years upwards. As a Weldon Homecare team member, you will be part of a family run non-franchise genuine family business. You must have: The highest standards. A positive and courteous attitude. A keen eye for detail. An energetic and efficient approach to work. Be a great people-person and have a willingness to learn. Driving Licence and car preferred for this role. You’ll find that no two days are the same, but one thing for sure is that you’ll get to know your clients, their likes, and dislikes, and by working with them you’ll be helping them stay safely in their own home and access the community for shopping, social trips and appointments.
