Long-Term Condition Specialists. Our shifts vary between 7am and 10.00pm. Calls are between 30 minutes and up to 8-hour single shifts. If you need to stay extra, we pay you extra. We spend our days in people’s homes or out on social visits, with a variety of our clients who are aged 18 years upwards. As a Weldon care worker, you will visit the homes of adults aged 18 and over, including elderly, disabled and vulnerable adults to provide a range of services which enable them to live independently. You’ll find that no two days are the same, but one thing for sure is that you’ll get to know your clients, their likes, and dislikes, and by working with them you’ll be helping them stay safely in their own home and access the community for shopping, social trips and appointments.
