As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity and respect. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and reviewing personalised care plans to address the unique needs of each service user while promoting their mental and physical activity. You will maintain a high standard of care within the physical environment and ensure service users’ belongings are personalised and well-maintained. Your role will include monitoring nutritional needs, offering compassionate end-of-life support when required, and assisting individuals to access the necessary health professionals.
