We are seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting others and a commitment to providing care and assistance that empowers individuals to live with dignity and achieve their personal goals. Experience / Qualifications

Previous experience in a care role, ideally within a residential, community, or healthcare setting. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations. Proven ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying care needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Practical experience in personal care, medication administration, and daily living support is an advantage.
