Promote independence and social inclusion. What We’re Looking For: A compassionate and caring nature. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude. Desirable (but not essential): Experience in care or support work. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle. Working Hours: We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
