Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with meal preparation and feeding. Administer medication or give reminders. Offer emotional support and companionship. Support Workers:

Encourage clients to participate in community, education, or work activities. Assist with life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, and travel. Provide emotional and mental health support. Promote independence and social inclusion. What We’re Looking For: A compassionate and caring nature. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude. Desirable (but not essential): Experience in care or support work. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle. Working Hours: We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
