Caregiver/ Carer

We are looking for people in the Wilmslow area to join our team of Caregivers. We have full and part-time vacancies available. Your role will be to support clients within their own homes with tasks such as: Personal care, Medication Management, Moving & Handling, Companion & Social Care, Palliative Care, Post-hospital stay care, and Complex care. This gives both the client and Caregiver plenty of time to complete all the tasks set out in the clients care plan. Requirements: We would need 2 character references and 2 personal references where possible. Experience in care isn’t required as full training in all areas is provided.
