As a Carer, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live independently, with dignity, respect, and the highest quality of care. What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Supporting mobility, using equipment and ensuring safety during transfers Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and life-enrichment activities Helping with meals, hydration, and ensuring proper nutrition Accurately documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident's conditions
Key Qualities We Look For: A caring, empathetic nature with a passion for helping others Excellent communication skills, building trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Patience and adaptability in responding to the varied needs of residents Willingness to embrace and implement feedback for continuous improvement
Pay Rates: Weekdays: £12.05 - £13.15 per hour Saturdays: £12.56 - £13.94 per hour Sundays: £13.25 - £14.64 per hour
Shift Pattern: 08:00 - 20:00
