Have you ever helped a neighbour out or looked after a family member when they came home from the hospital and needed some support? What about helping someone in your local community?
Our wonderful Care Assistants allow older people to live long and happy lives in their own homes, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence.
We are looking for kind-hearted people to help our clients weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends.

With Home Instead, care means quality care . It means providing support that is completely
personalised
to the individual based on a
close bond
formed from personality similarities, shared experiences, or interests, with
no rushed (minimum one-hour) visits . Because of this, you can help children of ageing parents know that their loved ones remain safe, well, and cared for at home. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require a bit of extra support to retain their independence.
And you will go home every evening knowing that you made a positive difference to someone’s life. We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts to become Carers. You do not need experience or particular qualifications to become a Carer.
However, it would be useful to have some experience working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.
