Company Description Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With a minimum visits of one hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our carers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support. Job Description Do you want to make a real difference to someone’s life? In these unprecedented times, the older and vulnerable people in our community need us now more than ever. Have you ever helped a neighbour out or looked after a family member when they came home from the hospital and needed some support? What about helping someone in your local community? Our wonderful Care Assistants allow older people to live long and happy lives in their own homes, whilst promoting their autonomy and independence. We are looking for kind-hearted people to help our clients weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends. Do you want to be an OUTSTANDING Carer? Becoming a Carer is all about enhancing the quality of life for individuals and helping them maintain independence in their own home.

With Home Instead, care means quality care . It means providing support that is completely

personalised

to the individual based on a

close bond

formed from personality similarities, shared experiences, or interests, with

no rushed (minimum one-hour) visits . Because of this, you can help children of ageing parents know that their loved ones remain safe, well, and cared for at home. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require a bit of extra support to retain their independence.

And you will go home every evening knowing that you made a positive difference to someone’s life. We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts to become Carers. You do not need experience or particular qualifications to become a Carer.

However, it would be useful to have some experience working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others. For this role, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. It’s not working – it’s caring with Home Instead!
