in the Weald rural areas including Cranbrook, Hawkhurst, Goudhurst. Our wonderful Carer Support Workers
make a huge difference
to families and unpaid carers by giving them a well-deserved break from their caring responsibilities. With longer quality calls with families (so less time spent rushing around or travelling), regular visits on weekdays, no bank holiday or Christmas day working, competitive rates of pay, and excellent mileage rates, then why not think about joining our friendly team at this lovely Kent based Charity? Cranbrook, Hawkhurst, Goudhurst From 20 to 30 hours a week available. £11.78 per hour day rate. As well as our competitive salaries and hourly rates, benefits include:
Longer calls with families, regular visits 2 calls a day – full mornings and afternoons Social hours, Monday to Friday 40p per mile mileage Paid travel time Staff care and wellbeing offers Access to the Blue Light Card scheme and discounts Contributory Pension scheme Enhanced sick pay Increased holiday on service Fabulous team and staff support Referral scheme staff bonus £250 Great training opportunities Free DBS and all PPE provided.
