In a nutshell As the Sales Support Executive - Europe at Virgin Atlantic Cargo, you'll play a vital role in supporting our regional sales efforts. From assisting our appointed General Sales agents (GSAs) across Europe to handling pricing, capacity, and routing enquiries, you'll ensure seamless operations and collaboration. Additionally, you'll provide training on Virgin Atlantic systems and maintain up-to-date records in Sales Force CRM, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is also crucially important given the current European GSA transition in process and set for a phased implementation over the first half of 2025. Day to day

Serve as the primary sales support for off-line continental Europe GSA's in 16 territories, as well as some key customer accounts Train GSA employees on Virgin Atlantic systems, such as Voyager (Skychain) Carry out administrative tasks, including preferential rate requests, booking assistance, Sales updates, GSA performance reporting and New account setup Handle ad-hoc pricing, capacity and routing enquiries Update Sales Force CRM and coordinate capacity and pricing requests on behalf of GSA's Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Revenue Management, Pricing, and Commercial Insight Assisting the EU Regional Sales Manager in delivering the assigned revenue budget for the European territory About you Do you have a strong understanding of international air cargo markets and a passion for delivering exceptional support?
