We are now looking for our second Carne Associate Director following Natasha Rickman’s appointment as Artistic Director of the Mercury Theatre, Colchester. The Carne Associate Director is a key member of our artistic and producing teams and leads our artistic development work. We aim to develop a future artistic leader, possibly an artistic director, who will relish the opportunity to make a lasting impact. The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated significant leadership potential, perhaps in the face of challenges, but who has not yet been given the opportunity to develop all those skills. The right candidate will grow during their time in the role. At the OT, you will lead the theatre’s artistic development work with new and emerging artists of all kinds.
