An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced carpenter to work with a local reputable authority. This role will be part of their repairs and maintenance team in housing, working in a variety of properties, including both void and tenanted homes. You will be responsible for undertaking allocated responsive repair jobs, void works, or planned maintenance jobs in accordance with your trade skills. You will attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work and contact tenants directly to make access arrangements. Work flexibly to enable repairs to be carried out at reasonable times to suit the customer. This will be an ongoing contract working Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

You will need: Previous experience in a similar role Driving licence NVQ or City and Guilds

Provided: Working van All tools and equipment required PDA to receive jobs
