An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced carpenter to work with a local reputable authority. This role will be part of their repairs and maintenance team in housing, working in a variety of domestic properties, including void and tenanted properties. Responsibilities include:

Undertaking allocated responsive repair jobs, void works, or planned maintenance jobs in accordance with the skills of your trade. Attending pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work. Contacting tenants directly to make access arrangements. Working flexibly to enable repairs to be carried out at reasonable times to suit the customer. This will be an ongoing contract working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

You will need:

Previous experience in a similar role. Driving licence. NVQ or City and Guilds qualification. Provided:
