Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter, Window Repairs/Installer to join our clients team in Norwich within the maintenance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. If you have further multi-trade skills this would be beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Window Installer in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery techniques.
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must have your own tools and equipment.
This is a long term sub-contracting role and for the right candidate could lead to permanent work. CIS payment and weekly pay via agency. Own van required, no mileage paid as Norwich works only.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 39 hours per week
