We are seeking a
Freelance Carpentry Supervisor/Manager
with
BM Trada certification
to oversee and manage a team of
6-8 carpenters
on a high-end residential project in Clapham. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the carpentry team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to timelines. Ensure compliance with
BM Trada standards , particularly for fire door installation and inspection. Conduct quality checks, resolve site issues, and coordinate with other trades. Maintain health and safety standards on-site. Requirements: BM Trada certification
(essential). Proven experience supervising carpentry teams on residential projects. Strong knowledge of fire door compliance and regulatory standards. CSCS card (Supervisor level or higher).
