Liaising with brokers to obtain required documents and supporting information to expedite loan applications. Managing expectations and deadlines while delivering exceptional service to encourage repeat business. Providing support to Underwriters, including answering calls and handling correspondence via post and email. Preparing loan contracts, mortgage illustrations, and various documentation. Ensuring accurate entry and management of data and correspondence within the company's CRM system. Tracking and recording account activity, assisting with closing deals. Obtaining property information and valuation quotes. Handling ad hoc administration and project-related tasks. Requirements: Strong understanding of mortgage lending, ideally bridging loans. Experience managing a caseload and processing applications efficiently is preferred. Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent, organized, and able to work on your initiative, with a flexible approach to work. Proactive in managing the process, and confident in your approach. Experience handling high-volume workflows with excellent prioritization skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal English communication.
