Part-time position working Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from home & the villages. The Position As a Case Manager (Non-Clinical), you will serve as a crucial bridge between our residents and the necessary services they require. Your enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the residents in our South East Queensland Retirement communities will be your driving force. The Case Manager will provide advice about care and support services to residents and their families, facilitating access to these services, and overseeing the management of home care packages. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to make a difference!
