Key Responsibilities: Be accessible to customers, handling all housing-related enquiries from initial tenancy advice to managing complex cases. Provide comprehensive support to vulnerable customers, ensuring their tenancies are sustained. Oversee the administration and management of
550-750 social housing tenancies , ensuring adherence to housing policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions on the
Open Housing System . Regularly engage with vulnerable individuals, offering tailored support and guidance. About You: Proven experience in working with vulnerable individuals and managing complex tenancy issues. Strong knowledge of housing laws, policies, and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
