The team has recognised the need to expand in order to meet the increased demand for their involvement within the business. The successful candidate must possess an excellent knowledge of at least one Case Management System in order to develop enterprise standard solutions both in a team and alone. This role should be filled by an experienced developer in appropriate technologies using proven software development methodologies. It is essential that the successful candidate be enthusiastic about the technologies being used and is keen to improve the business through the systems that the team develops. Main duties and responsibilities

To become part of the Business Process team building and testing defined workflows as part of a team or on their own. Carry out a 3rd line support function for in-house developed workflows with the support of the rest of the team. Follow standards and procedures to produce consistent measurable results. Implement change and release management processes as part of the software development lifecycle. Be proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues before they become incidents. Knowledge of Axxia or Visualfiles Case Management System or equivalent This will be a reliable, skilled individual who is able to work alone or as part of a team Excellent knowledge Microsoft Visio Excellent knowledge Microsoft Word Knowledge of Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server Familiarity with Agile methodologies, process guidance will be available Familiarity with UML (Unified Modelling Language) for the documentation and design of systems Ability to anticipate problems, identify risk, evaluate impact and produce appropriate solutions, or escalate as necessary Excellent deadline and personal time management skills Ability to rollout solutions that are well tested and meet the needs of the end users Can work with other members of staff when additional resource is required on projects Is comfortable with communicating with users to gather requirements Excellent working knowledge of Axxia or Visualfiles Case Management System They will approach all situations with a willing, good-humoured attitude. They must be able to use their own initiative when solving problems. They must be innovative in their approach to developing systems Ability to methodically work through a problem and provide a reliable resolution. The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining an attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills Client focused – must understand the needs of both the end users and the firm in provision of systems. Have an ability to follow organisational procedures. Have a passion for learning about new tools and technologies.
