As a Caseworker, your main responsibilities will be: Scrutinise and investigate requests for review and determine the appropriate response Maintain accurate records of decisions and evidence to support those decisions Communicate with applicants to obtain additional information/evidence that may affect the outcome of their review
Essential: Active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.) Previous caseworker experience Experience in analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail Experience in using government policy to make decisions
Desirable: MOD/Home Office/Police/Immigration background Experience dealing with complex cases
