Cash Application Specialist , you will support the Cash Allocation Manager in ensuring all customer receipts & payments are processed correctly and in a timely manner. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: BACS runs, including ARUDD and ADDACS rejection/amendment processing Processing of customer cheque receipts, processing outgoing cheque and electronic customer payments Ensuring all Payment Enquires are managed within SLAs, processing Bank Statements and customer payments Transmitting Direct Debit files Issuing refund cheques to clients Support other departments by helping to resolve any cash allocation issues or queries Assisting the Cash Allocation Manager in creating day-to-day MI to ensure KPIs are achieved. What we need from you: Previous Cash allocation experience. UK Payment Services / banking exposure is essential. Previous exposure to high transactional volume processing is desirable. Strong Excel skills. Strong attention to detail. Personal organisation. A proven ability to be able to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.
