Role Purpose:
As the Cash Management supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining KPIs and ensuring cash allocations and priority payments and processed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the management of Cash Team
- Monthly review of KPIs for all processes within the team
- Key point of contact for UK business for cash queries and escalations
- Responsible for all aspects of people management – including objective setting and monitoring, resourcing, appraisals, training, performance management, absence management, etc.
- Ensuring efficiency in all Cash Management processes to ensure all SLAs are met
- Ensure all required business deadlines are achieved and efficiencies are implemented where needed
Person Specification/Requirements
- Proven track record of strong change management and general management skills
- Experience of working in high volume transactions with a result driven mind-set
- Confident and assertive where required, good at influencing others
- Good interpersonal & Communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
- Analytical & problem-solving approach
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player
- Good IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas, etc
