Casting Operator . This is your opportunity to play a key role in creating our luxury ceramic sinks. About the Role: As a Casting Operative, you will start the journey of crafting our premium ceramic sinks, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You’ll work with precision and care, transforming raw materials into works of art that continue a legacy of excellence. Your Responsibilities: Casting Excellence:

Prepare and pour clay mixtures into moulds with accuracy, adhering to strict specifications. Mould Mastery:

Maintain and prepare casting moulds, ensuring they are in optimal condition for production. De-Moulding Precision:

Carefully de-mould each sink, preserving its quality and structure. Attention to Detail:

Monitor and refine the casting process, identifying and resolving issues to ensure flawless results. Dust Control & Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, controlling RCS dust and upholding health and safety standards. Collaborative Craftsmanship:

Communicate material defects or equipment issues to your team leader to ensure smooth operations. What You’ll Bring: Ceramics Expertise:

Ideally, you will have hands-on experience in ceramics, pottery, or related crafts, but this is not essential. Craftsmanship:
