We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Store Manager within our Junction 32 Shopping Outlet in Castleford. An inspirational business leader, the ideal candidate will be commercially astute, have a flair for creativity, and have a passion for their customer. They will be passionate about running their business and a desire for success. Radley Castleford is an established store with a strong customer base; therefore, we are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running and continue to support the store to be commercially successful! Key Responsibilities:

Own your business – you will be accountable for managing all aspects of the store. Identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability by driving, monitoring, and reacting to your KPIs (sales, conversion, footfall, ACS, margin). Analyse store performance reports to enhance key commercial decision-making. Create an environment of inspiration and set the example for a premium customer experience. Maintain and look for opportunities to improve operational efficiencies to ensure the smooth running of the store in regards to administration and compliance. Lead and motivate a high-performance team, developing talent and responding to developmental needs. Create a culture and purpose for the team with a focus on Radley’s mission and values and drive colleague engagement. Support the business through change and the developing customer experience as we respond to different expectations as a result of Coronavirus measures. Ensure a safety-first approach to customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone that has relevant retail experience within a premium and customer-focused environment, but more importantly, someone who is passionate, energised, and leads their people and store to success.
