We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Casual Emergency Home Responder. This unique opportunity allows you to use your driving skills to provide essential support to older, disabled, and vulnerable individuals who need urgent assistance at home. As an Emergency Home Responder your primary task will be to respond quickly to emergencies. You'll assess the situation, provide immediate support, and ensure the well-being of those in need. You'll also offer reassurance and comfort to our customers, making them feel safe and secure in difficult moments. What We Offer Comprehensive Training:

We provide all the training you need, including First Aid, emergency response, and using specialized lifting equipment. No prior experience? No problem – we’ll equip you with the skills to succeed. Flexible Shifts:

Work from home and be on call during your arranged 12-hour shifts. Shifts may include days, nights, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. You must live within the South Cumbria area to meet our response time targets. Valuable Experience:

You can look forward to: Competitive salaries offered and benchmarked regularly We support employee development and promote continuous learning Training and Development PAY STRUCTURE £25.58 for each 12 hour standby shift. Plus £18.00 per callout for the first 90 minutes. An additional £12.65 per hour for any callouts over 90 minutes. £0.45p per mile car allowance. Progress Lifeline is part of Progress Housing Group .
