Minimum Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Enthusiasm for sports and fitness, with good product knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Basic numeracy skills and experience with cash handling Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential Knowledge of current sports and fitness trends is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
