Sacco Mann are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Casualty Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our client's Leicester offices in their public sector defendant team, working on a mix of pre-litigated and litigated claims. This opportunity would suit someone with previous experience in defendant litigation although those from a claimant background will also be considered. Flexible working patterns are also available within this role.
The firm are well known across the country and have been recognised by Britian's Top Employers and Chambers UK. Joining the Claims Team, you will be managing your own caseload of pre-litigated, and litigation claims under the Highways Law, Occupiers Liability, Employers Liability and Housing Disrepair. You will also have the opportunity to assist on claims such as data breach, human rights, subsidence and flooding and the equality act.
The firm is wanting to speak with qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who have previous claims handling experience and who are between NQ - 2 PQE. You will have ideally dealt with defendant litigated claims previously, however those with strong claimant experience will also be considered.
