The Partners are looking for ambitious Paralegals or Litigation Executives with either a defendant or claimant background.
Fee earners within this team focus on assisting experienced solicitors or Partners with complex RTA and EL/PL work.

Good understanding of the litigation process. The team specialises in RTA work so RTA experience would be ideal, though EL/PL experience will be considered. What the role will involve
Assess complex expert medical evidence and draft witness statements and court documentation. Develop expertise whilst working alongside some of the best large loss lawyers in the country. Be guided and developed on elements such as complex liability issues, quantum as well as gaining experience of case strategy. Follow the case through the entire lifecycle of the case including attending conferences and JSMs. High-value personal injury matters
