Craft and implement channel and category strategies to support ambitious growth objectives across focus retailers. Deliver projects aligned with Henkel's Category Growth Vision, driving actionable insights and results. Actively develop independent customer relationships, ensuring Henkel's position as a trusted category partner. Identify & implement optimum ranging assortments and placement layouts to deliver the triple win. Utilise various data sources to identify & personalise category recommendations that are aligned to the shopper journey, ensuring an omnichannel perspective. Work with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities, including creating compelling sell-in stories for new product development and optimisation of category strategies. Share channel and shopper strategies across focus categories with senior leadership, backed by market & shopper trend analysis. Contribute to a high performing & collaborative team environment. Track, analyse, and report on customer performance, providing actionable recommendations to grow category share and support retail partners. YOUR SKILLS

Fully versed in the latest principles and practices in category management, with proven success in an FMCG environment. Degree-qualified with over three years of experience in category management (ideally with direct experience of working with Beauty retailers). Analytical and adept at leveraging multiple data sources to craft compelling category stories. Strong skills in strategic planning and developing well-considered actionable plans. Exceptional at stakeholder engagement, inspiring collaboration and bringing others along on the journey. Skilled at delivering impactful presentations and communicating effectively at all levels.
