Taking full commercial ownership for the non-residential construction category, including schools, hospitals, and local authority buildings. Developing and implementing appropriate procurement strategies. Leading sourcing and tendering activities to contract award. Managing strategic supplier relationships and undertaking performance/contract management with key suppliers. Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience
Proven Procurement experience within the non-residential construction sector. Tendering and contracting experience. Good understanding of JCT, FAC, and NEC contract forms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Honed stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial acumen. Benefits
