As Catering Director for this in-house venue, you’ll oversee and elevate all aspects of our hospitality and retail operations. From designing innovative menus to ensuring seamless service for high-profile events, you’ll inspire excellence and lead our teams to deliver unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic catering vision aligned with venue goals. Manage a talented culinary and service team, fostering creativity and professionalism. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage offerings across events and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with event planners to design bespoke hospitality packages. Oversee budgets, supplier negotiations, and profitability of catering operations. Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring top-tier hygiene practices. What You’ll Bring:
