We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Catering General Manager for this busy site based in KT20, Surrey.
With approx. 300-400 people on site, the catering operation provides a breakfast and lunch service as well as some hospitality, with all food freshly prepared and of high quality. There is also a busy coffee bar.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the catering operation and management of the team.
Financially astute – managing budgets, labour, and GP.
Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship.
Hands-on – happy to jump in on all areas as needed – this is not an office-based role!
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate:
A strong Catering General Manager with a proven work history.
Experienced ideally within B&I/contract catering.
A strong leader with the ability to manage and guide a team.
Financially responsible and able to manage paperwork and admin.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to manage and develop a client relationship.
Flexible and willing with a positive attitude.
Genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service.
