Lead and motivate a varied team in a busy restaurant/café. Be sales driven, achieving company targets and budgets. Ensure all legal compliance is achieved and company guidelines are followed. Manage kitchen and front-of-house operations effectively. Utilize an EPOS till system proficiently. Exhibit excellent cooking skills and food presentation. Ensure appropriate menu offerings at all times with high levels of presentation in a hygienic and safe environment. Manage waste and budgets with good margin control. Demonstrate a passion for customer service in a restaurant environment. Apply business management skills effectively.
