We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our school. Be part of this exciting new chapter at Brookfield Community School and help us create a dining experience that students and staff will love. We’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee the launch and management of our new in-house catering service. The successful candidate will: Launch and manage the transition of catering services from an external provider to our ‘new’ and exciting in-house operation. Plan and deliver healthy, balanced, and appealing menus that meet school nutrition standards. Train, and manage a dedicated catering team. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee stock and inventory. Foster a positive dining experience for students, staff, and visitors. The Brookfield Community School is part of Redhill Academy Trust.
