Monday - Friday role!

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join our Eurest team based in Newcastle.

Services include: Lunch, Vending, Hospitality and Coffee Shop.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Adhere to all client and company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times Ensure all displays, counters, and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements Complete, maintain, and update all Food Safety and Health & Safety paperwork Manage and drive the completion of all compulsory training with all team members Advocate the delivery of all company and unit profit protection procedures Conduct and monitor all stocktaking procedures ensuring minimal risk of waste Proactively upsell and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of products provided to customers and clients Take responsibility for all monies within the business whilst on shift ensuring all Profit Protection Procedures and relevant paperwork are adhered to at all times Ensure health and safety issues are investigated Oversee the preparation and production of food to the brand standard Ensure company marketing material is up to date and relevant to company standards Analyse and effectively manage all in-unit costs Monitor and manage GP Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained

About You:

Experience in a similar role, ideally contract catering and the management of producing food and adhering to recipes and menu planning Experience in a high-volume food delivery site Financial acumen with experience of stock control and budget reporting
