Catering Manager to manage an education contract with over 1000 students on site.
Catering Manager to manage 10 staff members.
Catering Manager to oversee hospitality.
To build relationships with the client.
The Requirements
Catering Manager with good experience in fresh food operations.
Catering Manager with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP.
A self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front.
Computer literate and can liaise with clients.
Catering Manager to have a chef background is desirable.
