REQ018943 Catering Manager based at Oak Manor, Shefford Available Hours: Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours per week. The Catering Manager will manage the catering provision within the home/scheme to deliver a quality service and to ensure that all residents’ nutritional needs are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficiency, hygiene, and safety in the catering area, organizing and supervising the work of other staff in the kitchen, maintaining the correct HACCP principles in all catering areas, and ensuring all legislative standards are met. The successful candidate will help maintain in the home the atmosphere and practice of care based on the Values of Methodist Homes, deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff. They will be a part of the Home/scheme senior team regarding implementing the annual catering business plan as part of the Home/scheme plan and will work with the MHA Hospitality team to ensure constant quality development within the catering service.
