Hours: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: £18.46ph
Duties: * Lead the kitchen to deliver effective service of the menus. * You will be required to support with the catering team in delivery of quality food service and customer service. * Maintain effective and consistent food offer, manage budgets while developing the team in catering provision and food service. * Ensuring that all cleaning and hygiene tasks are actioned in accordance of health and safety policy. * Ability to produce menus, manage purchasing and assist the catering manager with weekly stocktake and bookwork. * Supporting colleagues with training and coaching. * Managing rotas, budgets, stock levels.
About You: * Previous experience in a similar role of 2 years or more * Knowledge of running a team in a supervisor/managerial role * A passion for catering * Food safety knowledge of level 2 or higher
