£39,000-£44,000 per annum Working pattern:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities: Ensure that client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured in line with the Gather & Gather brand. Set clear expectations for all staff regarding food and service standards to ensure that all services provided are of the highest quality. Develop and sustain strong working relationships with relevant clients at the individual business. Conduct appropriate business review meetings with relevant clients to ensure that all targets, objectives, and service level agreements are being met. Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget. If necessary, identify and implement a strategy in a timely manner to overcome any budget shortfalls. Maximise income at the site through effective purchasing, marketing, and revenue/waste control. Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards as outlined in the Gather & Gather manual. Provide effective performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff and the Head Chef. Ensure induction, initial skills, and on-the-job training is provided for all Front of House staff to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and Gather & Gather standards.
