The Catering Manager is responsible for consulting with clients to determine event needs, including the number of guests and venue size, handling client requests, and ensuring events run smoothly. Planning menus and collaborating with the Chef on special menu items or dietary restrictions, managing budgets, and negotiating contracts with clients. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential to provide exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Proven experience in event planning or food service management. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service. Flexible and adaptable to changing event requirements and timelines. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with clients and staff. Proficiency in using Salesforce or any catering software. Compensation
