An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Medical Secretary within our Specialist Medicine Clinical Administration Unit at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. You will have exceptional secretarial skills, and knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You should demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be a team player, be self-motivated, able to prioritise a busy workload, work to deadlines and have a flexible approach to your duties. Qualifications
Good standard of general education (to GCSE/A level) or equivalent experience Secretarial and audio-word-processing qualification to at least RSA3/advanced level certificate Experience/Knowledge
Previous secretarial experience Customer service/dealing with the public Medical terminology / Healthcare experience Knowledge of Allscripts / ERS Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Able to use initiative and work under pressure. Ability to work with and support colleagues as part of a team. Demonstrates good time management skills. Ability to work within a team environment under pressure; prioritising work.
