We are seeking a highly talented and visionary Design Director to lead and inspire our creative team. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional creative skills and a proven ability to develop and execute impactful brand experiences across various touch-points. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand strategy, a passion for pushing creative boundaries, and a collaborative approach to leadership. Creative Leadership:

Provide overall creative direction and leadership to the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Brand Strategy:

Collaborate with strategists and account managers to develop and execute brand strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences. Concept Development:

Lead the development of innovative and compelling creative concepts for branding, packaging, brand activations, and integrated campaigns. Design Execution:

Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution across all touch-points. Team Management:

Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing feedback, support, and professional development opportunities. Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively presenting creative concepts and managing client expectations. Industry Expertise:

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team. New Business:

Contribute to new business efforts by participating in pitches and developing compelling creative proposals. What you’ll need

Demonstrable experience in a creative design role, with experience in a leadership position. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a deep understanding of brand strategy. Proven experience leading and managing creative teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. A passion for design and a commitment to pushing creative boundaries. Experience working with global brands is a plus. Having these skills will be an advantage

Multi-disciplinary design skills across digital, motion graphics, and illustration. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, and production artists. A strong understanding of production processes and print/digital specifications.
