Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Service Provider - Cambridgeshire & Surrounding Areas - Up to £60,000 DOE Are you looking for a Mobile Commercial Gas Position? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas working on a mixture of contracts including housing associations, local authorities, education providers, and hospitals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live in Cambridgeshire but applications from all areas are welcome. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience with a potential route into further career progression. Key Duties & Responsibilities Deliver services, repairs, and maintenance throughout commercial properties. Perform reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolio of properties. Self-deliver smaller installations. Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. Diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment. Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required. Conduct reactive and planned commercial maintenance. Provide a high level of customer service and build strong relationships. Requirements Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1). A proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas). Client facing. Full driving license. Package Salary - Up to £60k depending on experience & qualifications. 30 Minutes each way. Fully expensed van and fuel card. Mobile phone and company uniform. 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing to 25 days after 3 years of service). Pension.
