Role Profile Throughout the operator's shift, they will manage the safety of the center's customers and employees through highly effective communication skills, ensuring this is completed via the approved communication channels of any incidents or faults, appropriately through the escalation procedure. Candidates need to be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, and possess good communication skills. We are looking for candidates who have excellent IT skills and must be committed to punctuality, honesty, and respecting colleagues while being able to work independently and within a team environment. The successful candidate must hold a valid SIA CCTV Security License. Responsibilities:

Provide a visible uniformed deterrent to contribute to the safety and security of the client’s premises, staff, and customers. Carry and adhere to the company policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of the client's premises, staff, and customers. Report activities to the police while issuing accurate and timely descriptions and locations. Lawfully deter potential troublemakers from the Centre. Observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems. Carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible. Accurately update control room documentation through the production of recording footage and provide an accurate witness statement. Ensure knowledge is kept up to date from the SIA Code of Practice. Demonstrate a good understanding of the implementation of any fire and safety evacuation procedures. Ensure that the security control room is always maintained in a clean and tidy condition. Ability to work as an individual or part of a small team. This position will be working on a shift pattern of days and nights, which also includes weekends. Job Type:
