Preparing Pre-Construction Information Packs and Health & Safety Files. Preparation of Construction Phase Plans. Carrying out Site Audits. Preparation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Policies, and Operating & Maintenance Manuals. Provision of support with accreditations (CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, etc.). The ability to offer H&S & Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training (desirable). Key Qualifications & Skills:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Association of Project Safety Membership. Proven track record of hands-on safety advice. Thorough understanding of current health & safety and fire legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised, with the ability to balance competing priorities and workload. Strong IT skills. A team player with a strong client focus who can motivate and inspire people to work safely. Valid CSCS card. Full driving licence. Package:
