The CDM Principal Designer Role
As a Principal Designer, you will confidently lead meetings and manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This is a client-facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
Qualifications:
NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required). Degree level qualification:
in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred). Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in CDM roles. Skills:
Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
