Hybrid working Role Summary
This role has been set up to provide support to the successful operation of the Central London Training Hub. The post holder will work as part of a small team in delivering an effective service supporting the team. This role will bring Education and training closer to the workforce enabling learning to happen more extensively within quality assured learning environments. The role will provide a conduit from on-the-ground workforce supervisors, staff who need training and support and trainees who are on placements to Central London Borough level Training Hub. Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with the GPN Lead Educator and Educators. Supporting the GP Educational Lead in providing career guidance across all stages, including portfolio development and GP retention initiatives like Fellowships and SPIN opportunities. Assisting with tailored development programs for new GP partners. Working with the GP Educational Lead and stakeholders to recruit and train educators and supervisors. Contributing to staff development and retention efforts through initiatives such as mentoring and preceptorships. Partnering with stakeholders to support practices and PCNs in becoming learning environments for students and trainees. Promoting the PCN as a learning destination to increase placements for various trainees and students. Organising bi-monthly meetings with the GP Educational Lead and Central London SPIN Fellows. Coordinating approval visits, including handling paperwork and supporting the GP Educational Lead with interviews for practices seeking to become learning environments and for GPs aspiring to become trainers. Attending approval visits with the GP Educational Lead. Acting as a training ambassador for the Central London Training Hub to align educational initiatives at the PCN level with ICS/WTE priorities. Updating the Training Hub Website: Regularly update and maintain the Training Hub’s website to ensure content is accurate and up to date. Upload new resources, announcements, and events to the website in a timely manner. Work closely with nurse educator lead and training hub lead to ensure website has relevant and necessary information. Monitor website traffic and provide periodic reports to suggest improvements or identify key trends. Arranging biweekly meetings with nurse educator lead and all nurse educators. Assist with organising nurse forums and sending relevant communications. Additional Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for general queries related to the Training Hub. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to delivering the Training Hub’s objectives. Key Relationships

Essential: Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using website content management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desirable: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. Familiarity with healthcare education or training environments. Experience with data management and reporting.
