Carbon60 are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join a client of ours based in Leicester. This position is a 3 month contract. Working Hours/Shift Pattern: Can be flexible with choice of 08:30 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week Main duties & responsibilities:

Training can be provided on role specifics Placing cash orders (for when account details/credit cards are unavailable) Placing online orders received from internal branches Completing accurate backup documentation as required and sending order confirmations to necessary parties Paying invoices and working on the backend processes - working with one other colleague specifically Contacting suppliers to confirm if BACS or card payments and responding to queries Administration experience in an office environment Must show enthusiasm and willingness to learn and adapt to site procedures Competent IT Literacy skills - able to use MS Excel for basic skills (data entry) Using Outlook for professional correspondence (using access databases on-site and EOS (ERP System)) Excellent communication skills - to use when speaking to suppliers for updates and queries, speaking to accounts teams (confirming invoice / BACS payments) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of workload within a team using a collaborative approach About this company: Our client is a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider, making remarkable a reality every single day.
